Pamela K. Burneski is an Associate Attorney in the Birmingham, Michigan office of Morganroth & Morganroth, PLLC. She joined the firm in 2017 upon her graduation from Michigan State University College of Law.
Ms. Burneski earned her Bachelor's degree with dual majors in Accounting and Finance in 2013 from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University—Bloomington. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Burneski was a decorated varsity student-athlete on the Indiana University Women’s Golf Team and member of the 2012 NCAA Asia All-Star Team. Ms. Burneski also earned her Master’s degree in Accounting in 2014 from the Kelley School of Business.
In 2017, Ms. Burneski earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Michigan State University College of Law, Cum Laude, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Business and Securities Law and a Student Clinician at the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Ms. Burneski has a wide range of legal and business experience. Outside of the United States, Ms. Burneski has worked on arbitrations and complex commercial, admiralty, and insurance matters as a legal intern at Clyde and Co. LLP in England, and as a business intern at Ilta Grain in her homeland of Canada. In the United States, Ms. Burneski has gained substantial litigation and transactional experience from her internships at the Office of the Lansing City Attorney, The Harkness Law Firm, the Michigan Office of Attorney General—Corporate Oversight Division, Prima Civitas Foundation, and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs—Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau.
Ms. Burneski is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.
